Curiosity got me

Spending 5 nights in a spacious Harbour View Room was delightful! The staff was warm and welcoming, and I enjoyed a fantastic breakfast selection daily. The location was perfect, just a short walk to East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR and the stunning harbor. A great base for exploring the vibrant city!

The highs and the lows

Service was exceptional! The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied during my stay, particularly the helpful Housekeeping supervisor.

The rooftop pool was disappointing! It closed during thunderstorms and lacked proper changing facilities.

The stunning harbour view from our room was a highlight. we loved relaxing in the Residence lounge with amazing snacks. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with plenty of options that kept everyone satisfied, including my teenage kids.

In my kids’ opinion, the variety of vegetarian food could be much better, especially during meal times.

I had a lovely time enjoying the high tea in the room and the delicious Japanese dinner. The outdoor pool and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Just a heads up, the light in the bathroom could use a bit more brightness! 🌟

We had a fantastic stay! The harbor view from our room was amazing, and the staff really went out of their way to help us, especially during check-in. The food at the onsite restaurant was good, but I wish the room had some more modern amenities like USB ports. Can't complain too much, though!

Highly recommended for couples

The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure our experience was seamless. I was particularly impressed with the bartender who crafted the most delicious Cosmopolitans for me! !

It definitely wasn't cheap, but it was acceptable for the experience.

I had a wonderful stay with breathtaking views of the harbour from my Harbour View Room. The helpful staff made my experience even better, from the seamless check-in to their attentiveness during my stay. Breakfast was top-notch, offering a great variety of delicious options. However, the gym felt a bit cold, which could use some improvement.

The lounge access was a game changer! Our room came with incredible harbour views and the relaxing bar made evenings perfect.
